研究方向:新能源及微纳电子材料设计与量子调制

 

 

个人简介:现任中原工学院,物理与光电工程学院,副教授,微电子系主任,硕士研究生导师,河南省静电检测中心副主任,郑州市低维量子及器件重点实验室,量子材料物理方向学术带头人。博士毕业于郑州大学物理工程学院,光学专业。从事新能源及微纳电子材料设计与量子调制等方面的研究,通过量子效应调控了过渡金属硅化物超薄膜的电子生长与性能,为微电子金属半导体接触的改进提供了指导。发表SCI论文20余篇,主持完成国家自然科学基金1项,河南省高等学校重点科研项目1项,荣获河南省自然科学奖二等奖1项。
